At Modern Fashion Find, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty or hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to:

  1. Return the item you have
  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging, with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
